Home Décor Ideas: Sanderson Spring Photoshoot

We were approached by the lovely people at Sanderson, one of the oldest English soft furnishing brands, to supply our gorgeous and elegant Matilda sofa for their spring campaign photoshoot. Sanderson is known for combining classic, hand-drawn patterns, with fresh, vibrant colours.

Sanderson has opted for a distinctly pink and green colour theme for their spring launch of the Glasshouse collection, paired with tropical tones such as Rhodera and Eucalyptus, which is met with Blush and Aqua while Botanical Green brings an altogether more classical feel to the collection.

The Glasshouse collection from Sanderson takes inspiration from botanic influences, combining botanical drawings of flowers and foliage and artistic elements to create a stunning range of fabrics and wallpapers that showcase fine detail prints. The Glasshouse from Sanderson is a truly splendid collection of eleven wallpapers, nine prints, two embroideries and three jacquards, each dutifully designed to display the undeniable beauty of the natural world.

Pictured here is out elegant and refined Matilda sofa in Folia Velvet Rose, a plain cotton velvet by Harlequin. Sanderson has partnered our Matilda pink sofa with their new Tree Fern Weave from The Glasshouse Collection in the vivid Rhodera colourway. Sanderson chose to feature the whimsical Terrariums Botanical fabric in Green, which beautifully frames the windows. The entire look is finished with complementing pink and green accessories and soft furnishings, a neutral rug and indoor plants.

In another setting, Sanderson partnered our Matilda pink sofa with their new Tulipomania Botanical fabric which is a fabulous watercolour-style flower painting, depicting blooming tulips on a luxury cotton satin. Ceramic white vases bring a modern touch to this look, and a deep green velvet cushion adds a little drama.
