Single Arlo TLC sofa delivery from just £149 to mainland UK. Furniture will be unwrapped and expertly assembled in the room of your choice. Our delivery team will even take the packaging away with them.

International and non-Mainland UK
If you wish to deliver your Arlo & Jacob furniture outside mainland UK, but within the UK, we will gladly deliver your furniture to an onward shipper, who will be able to reach your remote location or take your furniture across water. Do contact the Arlo & Jacob sales team on 03300 945 855 for delivery advice including the following postcodes:

Shipping Outside the UK
If you wish to have one of our beautiful sofa’s delivered outside of the UK, we can help with this providing you have notified us before placing your order.
We can deliver to your appointed freight-forwarder within the UK under FCA Incoterms and provide them with the paperwork necessary for the UK export declaration. Our standard delivery fees will apply.
Please note that you, as the buyer, shall be solely responsible for:
- appointing the freight-forwarder;
- ensuring the freight-forwarder will accept the delivery from us;
- arranging and paying the freight-forwarded for onward delivery;
- import clearance;
- payment of any taxes or duties applicable.
We wrap our sofas within a recycled poly sofa bag. If your appointed freight-forwarder requires any pallets or boxes, we would ask that you provide these. It is your responsibility to check the condition of your order at the location where we deliver (this can either be you personally, a representative of the shipping company, a relative or an employee of yours).
Unfortunately, if you notify us after your order has been paid for that you intend to have this shipped outside the UK, we will not be able to assist with any export process or documentation, and you will not be able to use our EORI number.
We’re sorry that we can’t deduct VAT when placing your order. If you qualify for a VAT refund, please contact Customer Care after your goods have arrived. If the conditions required to zero-rate your sale are met, we’ll then credit the amount of VAT charged.
Collection of your old sofa
You can arrange collection of your old sofa, armchair or footstool with our collection partner, Clearabee. For a small fee they will provide a discounted furniture clearance service. Clearabee aims to re-use and recycle your old furniture, diverting over 95% of their collections away from landfill.
