Furniture
Furniture will be unwrapped and expertly assembled in the room of your choice. Our delivery team will even take the packaging away with them. You’ll get a quote for delivery on the checkout page and once you’ve ordered, all the information you need to arrange delivery will be sent to you via email. Please note that in some regions restrictions apply to delivery dates. Our delivery company will let you know if this applies to you.
Accessories
If you’ve just ordered some of our sumptuous scatter cushions or throws, they’ll be sent separately via parcel delivery. If they’re ordered with your furniture, they’ll all be sent together.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a no-questions asked returns policy, so if your sofa arrives and it’s not what you expected, just give us a call within 14 days of delivery, quote your order number and we’ll send someone to collect it.
Although we can’t give you a full refund if your sofa has been upholstered in your custom designer fabric, we can offer a percentage refund of the purchase price.
We do not refund the delivery charge of the furniture.
