Every sofa is made to order so we estimate it’ll be a maximum of eight to ten weeks before it’s ready to ship.Delivery
Our delivery team’s been delivering furniture for more than thirty years and provide a six day, white-glove, nationwide delivery service between Monday - Saturday.Delivery starts from just £49 for Mainland UK and further afield it will cost £129
Home access
Some of our sofas will arrive without their legs (it makes fitting them through doors and around corners much easier) but our delivery team will affix them for you. If the space is really tight, some of our sofas have removable arms, but don’t worry, they’ll be re-attached too so your sofa will be ready for sitting, lounging, slouching and sleeping straight away.However if you’re worried your selection might not fit through a door or be too long for your room, give us a call with you'r measurements and we’ll put your mind at ease.
Returns
We offer a no questions asked returns policy so if your sofa arrives and it’s not what you expected, just give us a call within 14 days of delivery, quote your order number and we’ll send someone to collect it.

This big chunky sofa is lovely, looks fabulous and good value. I have seen nothing like it anywhere else. I chose Olive Green from the swatches I was sent free of charge. I love the wide arms and back and the lovely deep seats.
It is so comfortable for sitting, lounging and even sleeping on - It seats 4 adults easily.
The delivery men kept me informed of their arrival and were friendly, polite and chatty. They unwrapped the sofa and placed it where I wanted it with no fuss.
A&J had no template to make 'sleeves' for the arms. However, I ordered extra material and the member of the team I was talking to even suggested two names to contact in my home town who could make the sleeves for me - what a superb service!
I was a bit disappointed that almost as soon as I received my sofa, A&J were offering free delivery and free stain guard, so I missed out. Also I could have done with instuction on how to care for the lovely velvet on my sofa.
I am giving a rating of 5 stars as my sofa is just what I wanted. Also because this company is so easy to deal with and I found that the team and the delivery men were all excellent!
I would definitely buy from A&J again and would recommend them to my friends.
