  • Kitty McCall

    Working from her base in Folkestone, Kitty McCall is a renowned graphic print designer with over 10 years of experience in the design industry. Her bright, beautiful and bold patterns play with colour and overlaid shapes to create striking and eye-catching designs. Among her other prestigious achievements and partnerships, Kitty McCall has collaborated with us to create an original version of her bestselling ‘Canary’ print, which we have used to make a limited-edition version of our stunning Emilia cocktail chair. The large pattern repeat of Kitty’s fabric means that each chair is one of a kind: a true original.

  • Victoria Sangwine

    We’re delighted to welcome Victoria Sangwine, an accomplished designer with a BA Hons degree in Furniture and Related Product Design, to the Arlo & Jacob family. Before going solo, she worked as an in-house designer for several UK manufacturers and has designed upholstered sofas, chairs and beds for various retailers. Over the years, she saved piles of beautiful fabric samples, which became the basis for her company, Studio Vee. Victoria is the extremely talented designer behind our beautiful new Heywood sofa family.

  • Safomasi

    Safomasi is an award-winning home and lifestyle brand creating unique illustrated homewares, hand screen printed in India, that tell the story of their travels all over the world. Founded by British-Indian couple Sarah Fotheringham and Maninder Singh, their playful figurative prints are designed to evoke both memories and wanderlust, so the scenes in their patterns feel familiar to some and exotic to others.

  • Tim Fenby

    Introducing Tim Fenby, an experienced, award winning British furniture designer, who is also the brains behind our stunning new Earnshaw sofa. After heading up product design for some of the leading furniture brands in the UK, Tim started his own design agency. He prides himself on a market-focused approach to design, underpinned by a comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing techniques. Tim describes his trade mark style as one of simplicity, balance, and a desire to create something with a sense of understated beauty.

  • Lydia Francesca

    One of the many talented members of the Arlo & Jacob family, Lydia Francesca is an award-winning textile designer with a design distinction acknowledgement from the Council of Fashion Designers America (CFDA). Lydia has a background in colour psychology, is a member of the Society of Dyers and Colourists (SDC), and is classically trained in both silk screen and digital printing. After graduating from Northumbria University with a BA Hons in Textile Design, Lydia went on to design textiles for the fashion industry before finding her place in the world of interiors. Diverse in style, Lydia designs some of the beautiful in-house prints for Arlo & Jacob, including the limited-edition Bloom Velvet.

  • Chris Eckersley

    Chris Eckersley is the newest designer to join the Arlo & Jacob family. Having studied Sculpture initially, Chris then went on to complete an MA in Design Studies at London’s prestigious Central Saint Martins University, and later became a Visiting Tutor at the university for the MA Design programme.

    Chris was awarded The Prince’s Medal by HRH The Prince of Wales himself in 2002 at the V&A Classic Design Awards. Having designed for leading British retailers such as The Conran Shop, Liberty and John Lewis, there is no better person to design an iconic statement chair that is the Reuben for Arlo & Jacob full of sleek, strong lines.

  • Ian Archer

    Ian Archer is a sofa designer and award winning furniture expert. After studying furniture design, Ian launched his own consultancy and went on to work with clients across the world.

    Ian’s partnered with world famous brands like Ercol, Heal’s, Wesley Barrell and John Lewis, winning a Design Guild Mark Award in 2013 in recognition of his commitment to British design and craftsmanship.

    While style is integral to his practice, integrity, comfort, sustainability and quality are the pillars of Ian’s design ethos. A love of the classics and a knack for the modern mage Ian the perfect designer for our very first collection.
