Delivery with TLC

At Arlo & Jacob, we like to do things ourselves – from crafting each sofa frame by hand, to upholstering it in your choice of fabric, to packing it up for the big trip to its new home. That’s why we decided to take things one step further and offer our very own white glove delivery service! We work hard to make sure every piece is finished to perfection, so we want to be sure that it shows up to your home that way. Oftentimes, standard delivery companies aren’t specifically well-versed in dealing with furniture. Our TLC Delivery team, on the other hand, are bona fide experts! Not only are they familiar with our furniture, but in many cases, they will have made it in the past. That means they’re perfectly primed to tackle any assembly in stride. Plus, because they’re handling Arlo deliveries only, they’ve got all the time in the world to make sure your new furniture is placed and primped just as you want it. They can even give it a steam before they go, leaving you with a picture perfect perch. 

How It Works

Every order is unique! So, depending on your design choices, there’s a bit of variation in the run-up to delivery. Thankfully, we are chatty types so you can be sure we’ll keep you posted along the way! You can also rest assured you’re in the very best hands with our TLC Delivery team. They’re our in-house delivery and installation experts, specialising purely in Arlo furniture. They’ll get in touch as your order is nearing completion so they can propose a delivery date. We’ll let you know whether it will be in the morning or afternoon, in the first instance. Once that’s all been confirmed, we’ll pop you a text message on the day of delivery to let you know when our drivers are 30 minutes away. That way, you can carry on with your day and focus on getting excited about the big moment!
